Mid-Market Account Executive

About TuMeke

TuMeke is an AI computer-vision platform that helps manufacturers, food processors, and logistics operators eliminate soft-tissue injuries and cut training time. We’re Series-A backed with Intel Capital, and gearing up for our Series B. Customers like Siemens, General Electric, Delta Airlines, and Cargill use TuMeke to eliminate high-risk motions, reduce soft-tissue injuries, and thereby save dollars. 

The impact you’ll own

  • Win new mid-market logos (500–5,000 employees) across manufacturing, food processing, and industrial distribution.

  • Quota: $1M new ARR in year 1 (≈ 50 logos).

  • Full cycle (Land and Expand): prospect → demo → multithreaded deal strategy (MEDDPICC) → legal + InfoSec → close.

  • Land & expand: partner with CS to drive 125%+ NRR by uncovering add-on sites, and selling new features on our platform.

  • Voice of customer: feed deal-blocking objections back to Product so we can ship faster than the incumbents.

What will set you up for success
  • 2–4 yrs experience closing SaaS deals at $10k - $30k ACV—ideally at Series-A-C startup

  • Consistent 90%+ quota attainment or President’s Club in the last 2 years.

  • Comfortable navigating traditional Org structures to move from user (EHS director) to buyer (Director of Safety).

  • Comfortable running complex pilots with OT/IT stakeholders (you’ll have an SE, but you must own the quarterback role).

  • Tools: Hubspot, Fathom (like Gong), LinkedIn Sales Nav, Clay GTM, Unifty GTM.

  • U.S.-based with ≥ 3 hrs overlap to Pacific Time; willing to travel up to 20% for on-site customer visits and trade shows.

  • Primary requirement: an unwavering focus on pipeline generation. Because ergonomic initiatives rarely top a stakeholder’s agenda, persistent follow-up is essential. High performers thrive. Equal effort, equal upside.

  • Compensation (OTE $180-$200k)

  • Base $90-$100k + Variable $90-$100k (commission rate is 10%)

  • Equity: 0.03 %–0.05 % options at Series-A strike price
