Now Hiring: Logistics Support – Day & Night Shifts | Starting at $18/hr
Location: Claremont, NC 
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Shifts (6:45 AM/PM – 7:00 PM/AM)
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Are you experienced in manufacturing and ready to step into a logistics-focused role? We’re looking for motivated Logistics Support Team Members to join a well-established production facility in Claremont, NC. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in manufacturing who are ready to grow in a team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Support day-to-day logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing facility

• Operate machinery and assist with material flow across departments

• Safely move materials using forklifts (preferred but not required)

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience operating manufacturing equipment (required)

• Forklift experience preferred (training available if needed)

• High school diploma or GED (required)

• Ability to work a 2-2-3 rotating 12-hour shift schedule (day or night)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment
